The former Ports O’ Call should get a serious remodel.

The Ratkovich Co. and Jerico Development unveil new plans for the much-anticipated $150M redevelopment project at the Ports O’Call Marketplace in San Pedro.

Harking back to its history as a commercial hub for the fishing industry, the design of the San Pedro Public Market will have fishing sheds that once could have lined the Los Angeles waterfront.

The JV between The Ratkovich Co. and Jerico Development unveiled new plans Tuesday for the much-anticipated $150M redevelopment project at the Ports O’Call Marketplace in San Pedro.

Tuesday night, thousands of local San Pedro residents came together to get a glimpse of what’s to come of their waterfront. 

The San Pedro Public Market project along LA’s waterfront has a new look.

The Ratkovich Company and Jerico Development, Inc. have unveiled new details about the San Pedro Public Market, the planned redevelopment of San Pedro’s Ports O’ Call Village.

The updated proposal, unveiled yesterday at a town meeting at the Warner Grand Theatre, envisions a “vibrant, family-friendly shopping, dining, entertainment and recreational themed destination,” on the L.A. Waterfront.

A new design and new vision for the future waterfront drew applause but also some mixed reviews at a Tuesday night unveiling.
